I used to go there once a week with my wife. It was usually before 8am, or after 5pm. I guess Singaporeans do not treasure sunlight as much as those from the colder countries. I believe your baby will also enjoy feeding fishes, wild birds and tortoise at the Eco Lake near Bukit Timah Rd. Beware of dogs whcih are also running around sometimes.
