		<description>You're too hard on yourself. I think those two meals were fine. I figure as long as you cover all the food groups and try (it's not always easy) to avoid  too much salt, you're okay. In fact, I think Sara's meals yesterday were worse - udon in MSG-laden soup and fried chicken (we went out), and macroni cheese (home-made, but still...). </description>

		<description>Hey, Huileng, ain't kids the same. Damien will refuse whatever food once he sets eyes on french fries, so much so that we have to "hide" our fries until he finishes his food..poor us:P

I also think that both yauyau's meals were alright, don't worry too much:)</description>

		<description>I am aware that I can be quite rigid when it comes to junk food, maybe need to relax a bit. How I wish the kids could enjoy the more wholesome food like they enjoy their fries or chips, then life would be easier.</description>
