		<description>Wow, good that you stuck to your principles. 

I noticed they tend to start scolding using personal attack once they are not happy. Things that are not related at all to the matter at hand also, they start to bring it in.

That time there was a quarrel at KFC and the customer and cashier scolded each other "so ugly, ugliest face i ever seen" "how come your parents want to bring you up, must be such an ugly baby"... when the initial disagreement was over food.

And then at a clothing shop, the storekeeper and customer were quarreling, and loudly shouting at each other, that they have no backbone, grow up eating sh**, etc...

Even at the bank, while we were in line, and the line was moving too slowly, the guy in front of me started shouting at the bank manager. All kinds of vocab also.</description>
