Didi’s 1st Week of School

» No Tags

Stubborn, bad temper, a tendency to hit people when he got agitated, plus high school fees, we decided to keep didi at home though the school informed us that he could attend Okiki’s nursery 1 class (托班)last July. What if he throws tantrum in class, fights with the other boys, bullies the girls and refuses to take instructions from teachers? So no school for him until I am convinced that he is ready to behave.

After months of 悉心调教,Didi finally started his nursery 1 class on 1st of March after delaying it for a semester. He thoroughly enjoys his playschool and looks forward to it everyday, and no complaints from the teachers so far!

Are you referring to didi or to papa?

Great job didi! and good job to the mommy too, who taught him so well! how long do you think you will be there? we miss you!

It came as a surprise to us, as the little boy tends to bully the sissy at home. Anyhow, we are glad he is more sensible in school :))

Earliest we will be back is next year, for zeeyau primary 1, else it might be another 3 years maybe. We will evaluate and make a decision after zeeyau complete 1 semester of P1 education here!

Hi Huileng, it’s great to see an update on your blog. I like that the teacher writes notes to the parents detailing the kid’s progress. Glad that all of you are doing well. Going to get into the hustle and bustle of P1 enrollment for J in a few months and finally the realization that my baby has grown up. A is also a little more aggressive and stubborn than the elder boy. And recently got some complaints from the teachers in school about him not being able to focus on his work. Hopefully he’ll mature in time. And I hope to see you soon!!
